Welcome to the Studio
A safe yet spacious place to pause.
Where aliveness has room to return.
Perhaps you've been...
...the one everyone relies on
...holding everything together for so long that you've forgotten what you need
...moving from one responsibility to the next without stopping to notice
what lights you up
...living in a relationship that has left you stripped of your identity
...aware in your body that something needs to change
...wondering where the joy and purpose have gone
...quietly longing for somewhere you can finally exhale
I wonder if these words feel familiar...

Teal Hummingbird is a wellbeing studio that helps women recover a way of seeing themselves and the world so that they regain self-trust, reignite self-compassion and steadily aliveness has room to return.
For women who have spent so long caring, coping, surviving or
simply holding everything together that they've become disconnected from themselves.
Rooted in trauma-informed reflective and therapeutic practices, it is a place where you can honour your own rhythms, remember a tender way of seeing yourself, and create a life shaped less by pressure and performance and more by what truly matters and lights you up.
Studio Note@ The Peace Room

Rooted in safety, spaciousness and curiosity, the Studio brings together reflective coaching, therapeutic creativity, somatics,
nature and compassionate practices that help women pause.
Then reconnect with themselves and rediscover the aliveness that has always been there, but has been drowned out by the noise of life and hidden underneath trauma, loss, busyness or external demands.
Because sometimes what needs to change isn't who we are.
It's the way we relate to ourselves.

The Hummingbird Story
The hummingbird symbol has accompanied me for many years. and expresses a story that has come to hold deep meaning for me.
In surviving migration aross massive distances and demanding environments it reminds me that even the smallest creatures carry extraordinary strength and resilience.
The hummingbird also hovers.
It pauses, yet remains present and attentive.
It moves with lightness and intention. It adapts and navigates.
It is drawn to what nourishes it.
For me, it has become a symbol of hope - of what happens when we feel safe enough to stop surviving and begin noticing life
and joy again.
Teal Hummingbird isn't simply a name.
It is a reminder that aliveness often returns following stillness and in small, sometimes unseen moments and with it comes, presence.
Joy and possibility.
